Alba frying pans are covered with an extremely resistant, multi-layer non-stick Keravis TI-X coating with a thickness of 4.5 mm. This surface is additionally enriched with a titanium layer, which makes it resistant to bulging, abrasion and scratches. Thick, aluminum with a new "Radiant" pattern, the bottom of the pan is reinforced with stainless steel, which makes Alba pans perfect for use on induction cookers. They can also be used in all other types of cookers - ceramic, electric, gas and halogen. The advantage of the reinforced bottom is also the heat storage, which is then transferred to the prepared food. As a result, frying is shorter, more effective and energy-saving.

The "Radiant" pattern of the Ballarini patent provides even more even heat distribution, which translates into stable heating of the usable surface.
