Linen is a flat seed, 2-3 mm in size. When poured with water, they increase in volume, surrounding themselves with a large amount of mucus. Flax is high in dietary fiber and protein. Linseed can be used as an addition to muesli, yoghurt, sauces, salads, soups, baked goods (e.g. bread or oatmeal cookies) and even to a sandwich. Most often, flax seeds are eaten after the seeds have been soaked - pour 2 teaspoons of flax with half a glass of water, boil for 15 minutes. Consume 2-3 times a day.
