100% Arabica, perfect for brewing in a coffee machine. Coffee tree cherries are harvested by hand and then transferred to the depulpator. They are fermented there from 48 to 72 hours, depending on the weather. Most of the time, the process takes place without sunlight. After fermentation, the coffees are washed and immediately placed on African beds, where the entire process is carefully supervised. At the washing station, the coffee is sorted and only ripe fruit is selected, then the beans are dried for around 18 days. It is classic, sweet and juicy Ethiopia. The one we like best, because it's hard to get bored with this taste. In the cup, we get the pleasant acidity of lime, tea notes of sencha and the juiciness of an orange.
